Meet our amazing team of youth volunteers

Gan Yong Ting


Yong Ting is a Year 3 Real Estate student at the National University of Singapore. She was from River Valley Integrated Programme and served as the President in the Business China Youth Chapter during 2019. She is also a foodie, constantly on the lookout for new and adventurous cuisine.

Darren Heng


Darren is a recipient of the Singapore-Industry Scholarship. He is matriculating into the National University of Singapore, pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a second major in Statistics. He has a strong passion for softball and used to play for the Singapore National Youth Team.

Jocelyn Lim


Jocelyn is an alumnus of Ngee Ann Polytechnic. She is currently a Year 1 student at the Nanyang Business School in Nanyang Technological University and the Head of Publicity of the Welfare Service Club (Elders). She has interned in Lao People's Democratic Republic. She enjoys embroidery and weaving.

Pan Myatt Noe


Myatt is a Year 1 Accountancy student at the Singapore Management University. Her internship at Deloitte Touche Myanmar Vigour Advisory Ltd sparked her passion for Accountancy. She is currently the President and Talent Management Vice-President of AIESEC in SMU. She enjoys trekking and places of nature. 

Ng Ray


Ray is a Year 3 Psychology student at the National University of Singapore. He was a debate coach and was from the National Junior College Integrated Programme. An interest in child developmental research, Ray aims to contribute to the existing literature. Ray plays the piano and tchoukball.

Sarah Chan


Sarah is a Year 3 Business School student specialising in Marketing at the National University of Singapore. She was originally from St. Andrew's Junior College where she served as a student councillor. She is currently exploring the FinTech industry after a 3-month internship in New York.

Douce Foo


Douce is a Year 3 Business Administration (Finance) student at the National University of Singapore. As an alumnus of Ngee Ann Polytechnic, she was a recipient of the director's list award. With a strong interest in creative pursuits, she is currently working on her DJ mixtape.

Joel Kuan


Joel is a Year 3 student studying Immersive Media at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. He interned in Silicon Valley under the Global Entrepreneurial Internship Programme. An avid cat lover, he has 2 cats named Boyly Boy and Girly Girl. A carefree soul that goes with the flow, wherever it takes him.

Lim An Ting


An Ting is a Geography graduate from the National University of Singapore and an incoming Management Associate at Enterprise Singapore. She constantly daydreams about new ideas and avidly enjoys the arts and traveling. She also loves a good conversation about sustainable development.

Jung You Jin

You Jin is a Year 3 Communications and New Media student at the National University of Singapore. With a passion in the creative and digital marketing sector, she enjoys experimenting with designs and is often seen browsing through the web related to fashion and aesthetics for leisure.

Hia Zhi Kai


Zhi Kai is a Year 3 Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management student at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Contrasting to his close to perfect GPA, he is an adventurous individual and was a student leader that was in charge of a group of students in a 2-week overseas community service program.

Lee Zi Ying

Zi Ying was from River Valley Integrated Programme and currently on a Chinese government scholarship at Fudan University in Shanghai, majoring in International Politics. In addition, she loves baking and will share it with you if you provide a cup of milk tea without pearls.

Joel Lim

(UI/UX Design)

Joel is a Year 3 student studying Immersive Media at Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s School of InfoComm Technology. He isn't one to stay in the comfort zone and is always looking for ways to self-improve. Being an avid gamer, Joel’s a fan of esports teams such as G2 and Houston Outlaws.

Fion Yip


Fion is a Year 3 student studying Banking & Financial Services at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Her love for fashion has led her to complete an online course in fashion by the Institut Français de la Mode. In addition, she has tried her hand at a few fashion brands, serving as a sales and fashion advisor.

Nicholas Thong

(Mentor Relations)

Nicholas is a Year 4 Economics student at the National University of Singapore. He was from Temasek Junior College Integrated Programme and raised SGD155K for AWWA's MeToo club! and Fei Yue Family Service Centre as part of the Kent Ridge Hall's flag committee. He is a football fan and supports Liverpool.
